The choice and styles for the bigger sizes was fantastic. Customer services responded to questions and issues quickly and efficiently and returns were processed promptly.

My only concern was the actual sizing of the dresses, the biggest size stated UK 30 but was more suitable for a big busted UK22 so make sure you check the measurements. That being said ordering a custom sized dress outside of the custom measurements was easily accomplished.

I had an excellent experience shopping with Ever Pretty. I ordered 2 dresses in different sizes just to be sure one would fit me and I was so pleased. They arrived quickly and were so beautiful, and look really lovely on. The return process was simple. I did have to pay for the postage, this is not refunded, but I knew this from reading the returns information before I placed my order. Once I sent my proof of postage via email they processed my refund swiftly and they emailed me with updates for everything. I was very pleased with the customer support I received, especially compared to other online stores.

Dresses were lovely. Just what I wanted. Sizing I would recommend going up a size from your usual.
Customer service was brilliant. I needed to exchange some dresses for larger sizes and was quite worried this would be complicated but it was very smooth going and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would defo recommend buying dresses from here

customer service was very good through both email and live chat with very quick responses and very easy to return , dresses were very good quality for the price and i am overall very happy i did return some dresses but that was no fault of the company just simply didn’t suit one bridesmaid. would highly recommend

Scammers, charging a fee to return dresses plus had to pay massive postage bill to return 3 dresses, refund still not received , claim to be uk company but dresses were shipped from shanghai, cheap material and not as shown in photo, breached gdpr by mixing up my order number with someone else and giving that costumer my email address and won’t admit this either. DONT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

I am an older bride. I looked in UK shops for a suitable dress, but there was nothing to compare with the elegance and colour (teal) that I had set my heart on. I ordered a dress expecting to need to have it made in the UK as I did not expect good quality.

My dress was delivered within a week. The colour is perfect. The fit excellent and above all, the quality far surpassed my expectation.

My daughters have reviewed my dress and given me tacit approval.

I couldn't be happier. The dresses arrived within a few days and were really beautiful - I got so many compliments at my brother's wedding and felt very comfortable. Their customer service was fantastic. They answered all my questions promptly and were super helpful. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Will order from them again in a heartbeat.

I can't recommend them enough.
The dresses are gorgeous, great quality, fantastic choice and a huge range of colours.
The sizes are not realistic, so if you're a size 14 you may need an 18 but they also do custom sizes.
They are so quick at responding to emails and have been able to exchange my dresses up to three times.
Returning items has been no hassle at all.

Charge £7.99 delivery. Then have to pay for tracked return yourself.
Never fitted right so returned it with tracking. They received, NOW THEY WONT REFUND - SCAMMERS

Their return policy is very much illegal as your consumer rights detail 7days cooling off period to return however if you return 3 or more dresses to them, then they can charge up to 20% of the total value which is simply awful! Not happy with the brand and would never use them

Dresses arrived promptly within the estimated time period. They are very high quality, comfortable material and exactly as shown on the website.
Two dresses were returned as they were not needed, and this process was straight forward. Communication from Ever-Pretty staff was quick. Very good overall experience.

Even though I had to send the dress back twice due to the wrong size, when we figured it out the dress fit great. My only advice is to dramatically size up. I'm a UK 16 and it fit like a UK 10, I actually had to get a size UK 22. Very good quality and customer service were fabulous with helping me sort out exchanges etc, very fast delivery.

I recently bought 2 dresses from them, size fits perfectly but because I ordered them the same colour I decided to ask if I could exchange one of the dresses for a different colour. The team was very efficient and nice, so I definitely recommend them. Not to mention the dresses are gorgeous!
